If you have a complex. long distance move that requires a knowledgeable and customer centric team, then please hire Jorge and his team (Chris, Jimmy, Rob, etc) to move you. Their attention to detail and ability to handle complex logistics was 100% the best we have had (5th x country move in past 10 yrs). They are fantastic. Paul/Laura

They were super flexible with me and worked with me to find a time that worked for me as soon as they could. Fit me in somewhere last minute. The movers that came were wonderful and took such good care of my stuff and they were super fast and efficient but never felt like they were in a rush. Both were obviously knowledgeable. Hope to never move again but I know who to call if I do!

I highly recommend this company for a local or long distance move like I did. All aspects of the move were professional, friendly and efficient from the beginning meeting with Jamie to get a price quote through the whole process and ending with the last item unloaded from the truck.
The packing was done with extreme care. Everything arrived in perfect conditioin.
All of the employees were efficient and professional. Kyle did a superb job of directing the loading. The long distance drivers Ramon and Tom were exceptional in their work ethic, punctuality, and handled all items with care.

From beginning to the end, Humboldt Moving & Storage (HMS) are top notch with their customer service as well as the pricing. They accommodated our hectic schedule and handled our stuffs/loads smoothly. The load team were excellent, very polite and worked very efficiently. We dealt with Josh (one of the owners) and Jamie, the wife, are very up-front and they communicated well kept us informed any time. We were delighted with this moving experience as we had two prior bad experiences with other moving companies in the past. Kudos to HMS!

I have moved many many times in the last 30 years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Jamie and Josh were amazing and made the move exceptionally smooth and easy. Henry was on top of everything and managed to load a full house, two storage units, a hot tub, golf cart, scooter and lots of bikes in a short span of time, in the cold and snow. Don’t even hesitate when considering who to hire for your move. It’s Humboldt/North American for us forever more!

Humboldt M&S did everything possible to accommodate us during our move. Was difficult for us to obtain new address and we flip flopped a few times. Mike was super helpful for whole precess. Some bumps in the road during delivery due to weather and hired help not showing. Craig, our driver was amazing. He handled all issues vey professionally, calmly, and his get’er done attitude is amazing. There is a few furniture pieces that were damaged. We are starting the claims process, and are looking forward to a efficient and equatable outcome.

Humboldt Moving were quick with a fair quote and was able to set a date with short notice. Quick, extremely efficient pick up and storage.would definitely recommend and use again should the need arise. Which i hope it won't, but it's nice to know they are there if we do.
