Appearance is nice…however big language barrier with the middle eastern person on speaker to check in. Went in driver entrance several ppl walked by the cage before finally somebody had decency enough to assist me. I wanted t make sure they knew I was here following interaction with the guy who barely spoke english on speaker. Been sitting in assigned spot over 2 hours now waiting on them to call me to get loaded. Definitely not what I expected especially from amazon. I see amazon trailers moving about but us other companies here picking up seems to just be pushed aside.

Check in/out system is kinda weird, hard to understand the people on the speaker... once you're assigned a door, you wait for a yard dog to break your seal. Once you get in the door and disconnect, you go to the "driver check in" which is a cage you're standing in and you just wait for someone to see you that actually gives a damn that you're even there. I made eye contact with 3 people that just walked away and also didn't contact a manager. It's borderline humiliating, honestly.... that system needs to change.

Must check in 30 minutes before your appointment for delivery. You can park at the street and on the shoulder. Too bad they drove over my straps 3 of them destroyed.

Plenty of space to backup. Check in with guard then go to Dock door assigned. Disconnect and drop trailer pull forward and take paperwork to receiving office door. Wait for green light and for them to get you.

I go the back way taking wall Triana to fairy and balch and mill then old hwy 20 to greenbrier rd and even though it's a little further timing is about the same because traffic isn't as bad. Roads are mostly nicely paved, and the air from the vegetation is nice and cool. I say 10 out of 10. Also, it is so easy to remember that the directions are left, right, left, right ,left like the military march ?

See Patty's review with pictures. Very detailed and helpful. As of this review, bridge is still out on southside of Greenbriar Rd. Turn on Greenbriar off Old Hwy 20. Can only check in up to 30min before appt. You probably wont get much help at check in or even be able to understand. They will ask for Trailer# & Delivery#. They will tell you door #. Go to door, break seal, back in, disconnect completely. Go inside & wait for someone to come get your paperwork. Reconnect on green. Paperwork may be in back of trailer when unloaded. If not go back inside & get it.

This place have to do way better than this I wish I could of give them zero stars they are very very very unorganized when you get to the gate the person who comes on the intercom is goin to ask for your appointment number so they go by appointment 30 minutes is the earliest they will let you in they going to tell you what door to go to and that's it, I backed into the assigned door for 2 hours then the yard dog driver came and told me that I have to disconnect and bring my paperwork inside. For 2 hours, I'm out there waiting none of the workers came out to tell me I had to disconnect in order to be unloaded. So drivers when you get your door disconnect and pull infront ur trailer and bring your paper work inside because ain't nobody going to tell you what to do beside telling you what door to go too, just a waist of time..........At least you could park on the side by the guard house
