This is the first time I've had a place make me drop me trailer, take the one in picking up off the dock and drop it so I can put my empty in it's place back on the dock. Getting the paperwork was fast and easy though.

Run far and fast. Don't work with Christiano Grossman or any company that uses Proficient Express Services for shipping. Ordered my products, waiting a couple days, when the products didn't show up on the day they promised I asked about it. I was then told I owed a few hundred more dollars for some tax that I was not informed about ahead of time. Still haven't receive my refund and doubt they'll will. Report to BBB.

They discriminate against pregnant women definitely looking into a lawsuit let me go with no rightful reason they were accommodating me all the way until I gave my restriction letter and my restrictions did not restrict me from working they will be getting something from soon. And I wouldn’t order from here the product is definitely not treated properly look at all the bad reviews.

I will never purchase from here again. I understand the restocking fee and not refunding shipping but they also kept the sales tax on a couple returned items. Totally not legal and the way the "refunded" the items is a total scam.

I ordered 3 products from CHRISTIANO GROSSMAN. He told me that he did a mistake and sent it to me 30 units of PS5 consols and not 3. The shipping company ( Prime express logistics) told me to pay 1150$ for Insurance fees. Everything are fake. Do not trust this guy and general the company. Tomorrow i will report them in Interpol with their IMEI number.

I ordered a Sonos Move on Black Friday 2020 through HSN, only to have my order cancelled later the next week by them because they oversold and don't have available stock.

Even trying to curry favor with me by offering $55 in KA$H credit is useless, because I don't want to buy something else, and the product is now $120+ more expensive (at places I can actually buy it from) now that BFCM weekend has passed.

That's the type of 1st purchase experience that will have someone never go back.
