I was desperately driving around my U-Haul full of things trying to find a unit for, and, they not only saved me even when they were about to close for the evening, they gave me a discounted promotion rate for the unit I rented as well! Also love the way you use an app to get in and out of the facility/building.

Ocean and Lynn at House Storage Plus went above and beyond to help me this past weekend coordinate a move that involved a separate container company. We live out of town and they helped with the delivery of our container before we arrived and even made sure our container was placed in an easy area to access near our unit. They were accommodating, kind, and gracious - even being flexible and allowing us access to two units, when we weren't sure if we needed one unit or two. They were professional and delightful to work with, I can't praise them highly enough. They made our complicated and exhausting move almost fun!

The management team assigned me a unit close to closing time, after a long drive across the country. It was no problem for them & they did everything to make it easy for me. I like the 2nd level of security provided by the app based lock on the storage unit. Having 6 units inside of a bigger vestiblue almost completely eliminates other people looking directly into my unit when I'm loading/unloading. And I like that the gates are chained closed during the nights. All in all I feel my items are more secure here than other self storage units in the area.

Lynn was very helpful in the initial assesment of this facility and the manager, Ocean was able to get me set up on the app and recurring payments.
