My husband and I are very happy with Hope Property Management. We originally applied for a different house, but decided against it because we wanted something more affordable. We stuck with them and kept an eye out for houses that we were interested in looking at. As soon as one came up, they were easy to get in touch with and showed the home right away. They still had some clean up to do and needed to get it ready. During out wait time my husband and I drove out so my husband could see the house and we made a list of a few things we wanted addressed and they addressed everything for us. When we moved in and got our utilities on and discovered that the bathroom didn't have a light switch they sent someone right over to fix it. They have always been quick to address any issue we have had. The owner of the house even had the outside of the house painted right after we moved in and it looks really nice. Amber (in the office) is a real gem, we really like her. Daniel, who does a lot of maintenance for them is very nice, too. And every time my husband and I have ran into Jim, the owner, it has been a good experience. We are very happy renting from Hope Property Management. They are a good family oriented business that does all they can to ensure a good renting experience for their tenants.

I recommend Hope Property for all your rental needs. I am currently renting a home from them and they were very helpful in finding me and my husband exactly what we needed within our budget. With many homes to choose from. Professional and fast. We were moved into our home as soon as we found the one we wanted. They also allowed us to walk through and request what we wanted fixed on the house and finished all of it before we moved in. I love the office staff and maintenance. They are just a great team to work with! Very polite people!!

I've been renting from this company for four years and haven't ever had a single problem. If something needs fixed it's done and they will usually even let my dog out for me while they are here. The office staff is always happy to see and hear from me, unlike other places. So if you're looking for a good priced rental home see what they have to offer.

Prior to moving in. I asked them to fix the black mold problem. They just painted over it. I moved in and the ac wouldn't work. I had kids running a 104 fever and the house was 120 inside. They fixed it a week later.. then the septic backed up and come to find out their cleaning lady shoved stuff down the pipes.. then the ac broke again then the heater broke and the dishwasher didn't work they never fixed it. I brought a brand new one. Then black mold was seeking threw the floor with water. It was so squishy and I lives there 3 mo thsthe.. and left asap. As they wouldnt fix the problem.. they also made me pay first. Middle and last and deposit rent and i wont see it back.. 5,000 wasted .

Contacted the owner of Hope Properties about a repair issue to my damaged rental property; received an immediate response and on-site inspection. Within minutes Jim had contacted his roofing expert, his master carpenter, and master electrician about repairing my home, which had been damage in an EF-4 tornado. In less than 2 hours I had a reasonable repair estimate and timeline, along with a properly executed building permit to effect the repair. That afternoon cleanup began and repairs were soon to follow. Thank you Jim and your team of professionals.

Cannot speak with them on phone. Says online rent and deposit but when they approve you the want 3 months rent upfront. Tried calling several times to talk to someone on phone also text. Needing home for me and my kids but they will not return calls or text. I text and email asking to call but get no response. That is not how to do business. I was prepared to pay first month and deposit like advertise how is someone supposed to come up with 3 months rent plus all the utilities deposits at the holidays

I am really disappointed that my experience has been so negative. Wife picked up the keys and asked to be accompanied to do a walk through inspection. They declined, telling her to just let them know if anything needed to be addressed. We did the inspection and sent a certified letter with a list of the issues we found. The most important thing was no hot water (this is in December). A guy comes out a few days later and assures us that a repair will be done shortly. A month later no repair. Called the office and was treated rudely and dismissively.

Now it's Summer and the air conditioner is not working! They dropped off 2 undersized window units and basically said deal with it. We pay rent to have use of the whole house not 2 rooms. Called the office to get a time frame of when to expect the central air conditioning to be repaired. Again was treated rudely and dismissively. Amber's proposed solution was that we should move. I sent them a letter notifying them that we would be exercising our rights to have the a/c repaired ourselves and deducting the cost from the rent.

Mr. Sells presents himself to the world as a God-fearing Christian man. Either he doesn't know what's going on or he is just another person that brings reproach upon God. "These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far removed from me." - Matthew 15:8

I urge everyone that rents to get a copy of the renter's rights and responsibilities handbook. Too many landlords depend on the tenant's ignorance of the law. In Georgia your rights and responsibilities are spelled out in the Georgia Landlord - Tenant Act, Title 44 Chapter 7.

Attached is a picture of the two fans ($80) we bought to pull air from the living room and bedroom into the kitchen. Otherwise while cooking the temperature in the kitchen is close to 100°. We have to store fruits and bread in the living room because of how hot the kitchen gets during the day. We have been in a heat wave with high temperatures every day over 90°.
