Made it 1.5 hours into my 5 hour journey to North Ga when something punctured my fuel tank on my slammed car. I pulled off on the closest exit, contacted Hook n Book and within 40 minutes we were on the road. Coolest driver ever & he even went out of his way to stop me by a gas station to pee. 10/10 would recommended them any day!! Thank you again 🫶🏼🤍

Picked up the phone as soon as I called. Great receptionist, had a guy come out within 30 minutes of calling. Josh the tow truck driver knew what he was doing and was very helpful through the whole process. Good services and quick! Will be using this company when I need a vehicle towed that’s for sure!

My young daughter was traveling during the night from North Carolina back to Florida. Going through GA, She turned onto a side road, and her car went into a ditch. She became stuck in the mud and was afraid her car would flip. She was very scared and did not know what to do. One of the drivers from Hook and Book saw her while driving by and went to assist her. He was able to pull her out of the ditch and get her safely back to the main road. She and we are so VERY thankful to this kind gentleman and this company for helping her and making her feel safe. If I could give more stars I would !

Thought my car was shut off because of a factory recall that I found out about. We called Hook & Book through AAA to come tow the vehicle to the dealership and would’ve had to stay in the area until Monday. Phillip Carter checked our battery and it turns out it was dead. He could’ve not taken the time to try it out, but was kind enough to care about us. Thank you, Phillip! You’re very kind and we greatly appreciate your help! Thanks to you we got home safely!

I'm only giving Joshua and Hook and Book tow company a review of 2 because they managed to tow my 5th wheel 10 minutes off the 1-95 off ramp near Brunswick without damaging it. The big issue was they charged me $750.00 to tow my 5th wheel 10 minutes. The AAA maximum rate for Georgia is $500 but that wasn't good enough for this company. They had to take another $250 off a retired couple from out of country to tow them 10 minutes. Shame on you. Even the AAA operator was disgusted at the amount of the charge.

We experienced a catastrophic front driveshaft failure on our BMW. Phillip stopped and offered assistance. When I told him what happened to the car, he went back to pick up a rollback truck to properly tow our vehicle. Phillip returned to us in short order, and towed us to a local hotel that would let our dog stay. I am in the repair business, and have a friend that is driving down with a trailer to bring us back to VA. The service and price provided by Phillip and Hook & Book Transport is more than five star worthy!! Highly recommend this company!
