Decided I would have to use a chainsaw, walked in with the chainsaw blade, held it up, asked for help and couldn't have been more pleased! She was so helpful and friendly!

The ladies in Hempstead know their stuff, just ask them! I do wish they were open on Sundays, though, because that's when my wife gives me a long list of projects to finish by Monday. ;-}

The employees are always ready to help you with whatever you need. Just wish they were open more on the weekend. Being out in the country and this being a small town why they're close on Sundays and early on Saturdays amazes me. Nowadays with businesses wondering how to improve their business that would be the way. But then again I've been telling them this for years

My husband shops there all the time. We live in a rural area where the nearest Lowe's or Home Depot is 25 - 35 miles away depending on which direction you go. So Ace is our go to store before making that trip. Friendly, courteous atmosphere. Very helpful, they know their merchandise, which as a wife sent to get things for the hubby is greatly appreciated. After you spend so much you get $5 gift cards in the mail.
