I live in AZ, but needed to buy materials for a flooring install in AL. I am military, but their system is set up to validate the ID in the store. Jim at the Dothan store was beyond helpful in getting this done for me. He also explained products and calculated materials for me. This was not one, but 5 or 6 phone calls and he never once sounded anything but excited to help. These days any help is hard to find, but good help is rare indeed. Thanks, Jim! You're a gem.

Great staff! Extremely helpful.

Unfortunately, on price, they can't compete with the Lowes or Home Depot since being bought by Barton's. They will price match by brand, but you can find a cheaper version at the bigger box stores.

I have remodeled my entire house using this business. They have such beautiful and sturdy products. Huge selection of flooring! And if they don’t have it there they will get it for you. The staff are long term employees and always friendly and willing to help! The prices are amazing!! Cheapest around! Oh and military members, active or retired, get 10% off! Go check them out!

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Much better than other home improvement stores. They sell flooring of all types. Tile wood vinyl plank sheet vinyl carpets. Great place to get a free kitchen design and estimates. You will find here that you can get a better kitchen at 2/3 the price of other stores. From unfinished to top of the line cabinet. This includes vanities. Lots of selections on doors. Also all types of Windows available. Also carpet. If you have a project going on it makes a lot of dollars and cents to shop here. If you do not it will only hurt your bank account.

Decent prices, but the customer service is trash. It's a bunch of old guys walking around looking like they'd rather be anywhere else but at their job. They made me feel like my purchases were an interruption their day on multiple occasions even when I was spending well over $1000.

The good news it that they aren't the only store in town with good prices. There are others with comparable prices that make you feel like a champ no matter if your project is big or small. This place just isn't it.

Some items listed as in-stock online, but was unable to find them. Associate quickly helped locate item and was out the door about 5 min later. While today was quick, be aware that they have limited staff and usually a line to get help. However the workers have always been helpful.

Great variety of construction materials.
Prices varied accordingly. The Delta towel bars were considerably LESS costly than those of Lowe's or Home Depot.

Their website has much more than what is on display in the warehouse. It is recommended that one peruses it.

The personnel were helpful and friendly.
The cabinet hardware was impressive.
I look forward to returning.

Walked in the store with my husband and although there were three employees inside near the entrance, they did not greet us. We were in the store for at least 15 minutes and no employee asked us if we needed help although they passed us several times. I wonder how the service would be if I went back to the store without my non-white husband? No thanks.
