Every time ive been here its been a all day ordeal, the appointment times on your bol dont mean anything, home depot has their own and its never close to what the bills say. Checked in at 7 am and still waiting at 2 pm. Dont book a reload the same day if you are delivering here.

Again a one-star I don't know how they deleted there old Google reviews of one star. But this DC has three Google review accounts. Got here at 0730 and was told I was going to be worked in. No one was doing anything they only had one truck to offload and they didn't get another truck to offload until around 9:30 10:00 could have easily offloaded me but it looks like home Depot pays their employees to sit around and do nothing. Now I have to sit here until they want to off load. Please home Depot come here replace the management or just fire them all you don't pay people to sit on their butt you pay people to work and that's basically what they're doing.

What a joke place. Absolutely lack of management, got checked in at 4am, it is 11 already and no sign of progress whatsoever, bunch of trucks still waiting. if you fellow truck driver come here, make sure you got some water and food.

DRIVERS DONT COME HERE! So the appointment time got missed because coming out of Cali in bumper to bumper traffic, which is out of a drivers control!!! You shouldn't be penalized?! Been sitting here since 10:30 am waiting to get unloaded. Its just shingles! Would only take 20 min to unload! Only ones getting loaded and unloaded around here is TruLine! If you miss your appointment time, don't even bother coming in! You'll waste all day sitting! And no info from them on when they might get you worked in!
Finally got unloaded at 3:00pm!
Home Depot loads are THE WORST!

HORRIBLE FRONT DESK LADY AN HAD APPT as well was almost rejected acme an hour early , this place is a joke they need Homedepot to investigate on this location an upper corprate needs to investigate as well. The one that answers the phone needs to be fired!

Drivers if you have appointment and arrive on time you will not have any problems at all. Very nice people at the office and also the fork lift driver. In and out in 2 hours. P.S. Dry van.

Don’t come here I been here 5 plus hours showed up 15 mins early no facility it’s very tight trucks parked on the street waiting to get in multiple truck that got here after me have been unloaded
