I came down to TN for the weekend, and stayed here. Am I ever glad I made that decision. The staff was wonderful with every interaction. THe room was magnificent; clean bathroom, comfortable bed, great amenities in the room. Breakfast was amazing. I definitely recommend you have the breakfast Well stocked, lots of variety, and th enews/weather reports playing on the TV, so you know what to expect with your day.

Excellent experience all in all. I will definitely be back!

The room was very clean and fresh. New carpet and flooring in our room. The room overall was very roomy, I do wish there had been two chairs (and the one chair was a desk chair ant not comfortable).
Bathroom was clean with the only negative being a need for more towel hangers.
Bed was comfortable. We prefer to keep room temp cool for sleeping, but had to elevate the temperature since cover was thin. Extra cover would have been nice.
The lobby and breakfast area are very nice. Breakfast was good.
Staff very friendly.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express in early December 2024 for a biking event at Windrock. They are remodeling the entire place; our room brand new, and had a microwave and a coffee maker in it. ||On top of the beautifully remodeled interior, the customer service was so fantastic. Their employees enjoy their job and each other, and it shows in how they treat their customers. They were so kind to my children and me. I could tell they really wanted us to enjoy our stay. ||Special shout out to Rachel at the front desk and to Melanie in housekeeping. Top notch service!!||If you’re going to stay in Oak Ridge, this is the place to go.|And it sits off of that busy road, so it’s not as loud as the other hotels there.

On this particular stay (2/1/25) the hotel was undergoing a make over and it is beautiful. The rooms are clean and the beds are amazing. We were in a car accident and the hotel staff was very kind, checking in on us, ect and was even able to get us another night's stay on very short notice. Honestly our favorite part is the yummy breakfast. But this trip, 3 of us ate the eggs and all got food poisoning (one of us ended up in the hospital for 2 days). I'm sure this does not happen very often. Just make sure the breakfast food is HOT! We will continue our habit of staying at HIE hotels but will be more careful about the food from now on!

I was very favorably impressed with the Holiday Inn Express Knoxville West Oak Ridge property. I am a frequent traveler and have stayed multiple nights at a large number of hotels across the nation as well as in many countries. I've come to look for the following qualities in any property in which I stay: comfortable room; cleanliness throughout; friendly, courteous, and professional staff; high quality breakfast offering a variety of choices; easy access; and location convenient to my work location. I am pleased to say that the Holiday Inn Express Knoxville West Oak Ridge property exceeded my expectations in each of these categories.

We were in town for medical treatments and the staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent rooms and a breakfast no one could want more. Home cooking and a great variety. The staff treats you like family. I highly recommend this home away from home.

The staff at this Holiday Inn hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Overall stay was fine price a little high for the room. Bathroom could do with mold removed from hand rails. Bed comfortable. Had to complain twice on the noise from construction works radio they did move us to another room.
Breakfast was good. Staff nice.
