We were there for a volleyball tournament. Staff was nice, the room was clean, except the stopper on the tub was down and there was about 6 inches of water in the tub because the faucet was left dripping. Other than that the beds were comfy and the room was nice. My husband and grandson went down for breakfast but he said there wasn’t as much to choose from compared to other Holiday Inn’s that we’ve been to. We will stay here again if we’ve back in the area.

I give this hotel a 5 rating. We were visiting the Dallas area to view some colleges for my 2025 graduate. Breakfast was served on time which was a plus because we had to register at the college very early so we able to get a bite before heading out. We will definitely book again if we are in the area.

At was a relieve to find a clean and comfy room after our long journey. Breakfast spread was great for us traveling with minor. The are was hit by thunderstorm on the day we were supposed to check out and the lady on duty was able and kindly accommodate our request to have late check out as we waited for the storm to pass. This will be our to go place if we visit the area in the future, highly recommended. Thank you Holiday Inn, we were safe and had a comfortable stay. Way to go!!

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Farmers Branch, Texas. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms that made for a relaxing experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the amenities were just what I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay in the area. Will be back!

I have been staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Farmers Branch for the past three years about 4 - 5 times a year when I travel to the area for work. I keep going back here because it not only is close to my company's office, but the hotel is well maintained, the rooms are always clean with plenty of towels and amenities. The breakfast each monring is well stocked with lots of variety and the gym is better than most hotel gyms I've used in the past. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in and around the Farmers Branch area.

The staff greeted me quickly with smiles on their faces. The hotel is very clean. This may seem like a small thing to most, but the luggage carts are new, functional, and easy to maneuver (big plus for me) and there was an ample supply of them. The only thing I can knock is getting to the hotel is a bit convoluted, but it's in a good location overall.

Excellent price and decent location. Our room was clean and relatively modern. There were a couple of very minor problems, like the soap dispenser pump not working correctly, but the rest of the stay was perfect. Wifi was good enough to work remotely, and the lobby was quiet enough for that as well. Breakfast was fairly standard. Overall, I'd recommend staying here if you have something going on in the area.
