First off the building is not of the quality they exclaim. The lock on the rollup door was not installed correctly and is a major pain to operate. On the side entry door the paint is all peeling and the door is not square with the wall. They have never delivered any ownership paperwork as stated in their contract after I completed payment on the building. Have asked for that in writing and on the phone. The company representative claims that it has been mailed and not their fault. Asked for it to be mailed again only to my PO Box and it still has not been received. If you read their contract , if you can make sense of it, you will see they mark the buildings up between 50 and 100 percent over the life of the lease. This is worse than the loan sharks of the 1970's that the government had to reign in!! Buyer beware!!

This review was intended to be addressed to the corporate individual that I have been dealing with. It seems we have become dissatisfied with each other! I will leave that at that.

As for the issues with the building I repaired them myself as per paragraph 9 of the lease/purchase agreement which specifies that the Lessee is responsible for all maintenance and repairs during the term of the lease at lessee's expense.

As for how often I check my mailbox at home is not a relevant FACT to the situation. I hardly get mail here as I have it all go to my PO Box in town. Only about 2% comes here and I do only check it about once a week. But I did check it while on the phone with said individual and nothing was there and that is still true to today, nothing in the home box (FACT).

Yes I feel it is a lousy business model in terms of how much you will end up paying if you go the full term of the lease. However you are allowed to pay it off any time after you make 5 payments. So the end cost is really up to you. Is it fair? Probably the only business model out there that will build, deliver and and allow you to purchase a portable building on payments (FACT). I saved over $4000 by paying the building off early (FACT).

I went to the Farmington location and met with the site manager there today (as that is where this message got misdirected to). He is a wonderful individual that will or would do anything to make sure his customers are satisfied and all issues are resolved in a positive manner. He informed me he had already been in touch with the appropriate people and that I could be assured that my Title is coming in the mail. We have a very good business relationship and I have a very favorable view of him in all aspects. And yes I would buy from him again.

So I still say 1 Star to the corporate individual, but 5 PLUS Stars for Steve! Thank you Steve. I will remember to come to you first in the future if there are any issues as I can feel assured that you will do everything to resolve things in a positive manner, and to my satisfaction.

On a final note regarding quality. I have a 3 year old custom home with more problems than this building will ever have (FACT). Yes there were problems and Steve wanted to make sure that they were taken care of to my satisfaction today. I had already resolved the issues and he did not have to go the extra step, but he is that kind of a person.

It has been an absolute pleasure buying a building from Steve Leichner we were not absolutely sure what we wanted we made several changes to the building in the last week which Steve had to write us a quote each time we made changes. Salesmen like Steve are really rare these days you could really tell that he actually cared that we purchased exactly what we wanted and he treated us with the upmost respect we will definitely be referring people to him. I purchased a storage shed from this company a few years ago when they were in Tontitown and was very pleased with the service and the customer support throughout the entire transaction. My salesman was Steve, and the customer support from Cody and him was outstanding. I am planning to purchase another enclosure most likely a carport within the next week. I highly recommend this company and staff.

Bought a storage building and it was under the carport. After delivery I saw several bad scratches on the roof. Went to where I bought it and was told they don't do anything about fixing it.
NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!
I am changing my rating cause they did come change out the metal roof sheets that was scratched to the bare metal.
But I can not give a 5 star do to being told they do not fix or repair anything after you buy it. I should not have to get mad and also get on here to get it fixed.
It looks alot better.
