I have used their facility for three years now and they have been the best company I’ve ever had for storage. Other places I have used have pest problems but never had a problem with Hippo. Price is ok. Seems pretty safe. And I think they have a person on site 24 a day.

I called Hippo very last minute needing help moving some heavy pieces of furniture. They were so prompt to respond, came out that day, and were absolutely so good at making sure they did not damage our floors and the furniture. It was a wonderful experience!

What a pleasure it has been to use this business. The site is very well maintained and secure. I never once felt nervous about leaving my camper there. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help or answer any questions I had. My only regret is that I no longer need to use their services. I enjoyed going into the office to pay my bill and chit chat about everything. I will still stop in occasionally just to say Hi!

Hippo was amazing! Professional, fast and fun. Lance has a great team. Christopher and Tyrone run the show. I loved hearing their banter as they worked. I couldn’t believe how fast they got me packed. And moved in. Tina is so organized and on top of the schedule. No matter how many times I had to call & change things up.

The sales person I talk to, for my move, was very confusing. He would not listen to what I needed, but was selling me something he wanted me too buy and did not give me alternatives.
I wanted to pack the cube myself, but he wouldn’t give me a price. He just wanted to sell me other things that I didn’t need like help to pack. I would be nice, but I wanted to pack at myself.
I wanted to pack it slowly and meticulously for a few days not all at once.

Excellent service! I have been a Hippo Storage customer for a couple years; I have been using their storage facilities (East) while overseas living in Spain and have always had exceptional and courteous service when interacting with Carrie whether in person, by phone, or email.
Recently, I needed some additional personal belongings moved from home to storage and contacted Tina at Hippo to do the move. Once again, exceptional service experience, everything from getting the quote, logistics and completing the move went smoothly.
Christopher called prior to arrival and arrived as scheduled, he was professional, courteous and efficient at moving my Items. The time quoted was not exceeded and there were no hidden charges. I was able to arrange and pay for services over the phone and email without a hitch.
I can't say enough to this team about a job well done. Very professional service, I would highly recommend using their services to anyone wanting the job done right!

All our moves before coming to St Marys were awful, so our expectations were low. SURPRISE! Hippo Storage and Moving sent a crew of three awesome young men to unload our PODS containers as well as move the contents of our Hippo storage unit. They were prompt, professional, worked great as a team, respectful, efficient and careful with our belongings. We can’t recommend this company enough! If you need to move a few things or a whole household they are the best in Camden County.
