This place is terrible. If you get this address for a pick up it’s trash. Been here for 4 hours still in dock door smh. No one inside has any idea what’s going on or who to call. Drivers do not come to this location if you value your time, this Amazon location does not.

Poor place to load your truck. We came 8am for our 930am appt, at 14pm we decided to leave the place, cause there was no clue when we gonna get loaded. Truckers avoid this place in wide circle.

A lot of unprofessionalism! If you are a trucker, be prepared to wait 4 hours plus, attitudes are ridiculous and tons of miscommunication.

Facility will strictly follow appointment times and will not let anyone in, if outside of the precise appointment window. And this is not a compliment. Considering the remote location of the warehouse and anavilability of the parking nearby, this creates tremendous difficulty for drivers coming from far away to questimate traffic, congestions, road closures, etc. to appear at the gate precisely to the appointment time. This must be taken into consideration, and management must not turn away loaded units/trailers (!) arriving within a reasonable timeframe.
Horrible experience compared to the other Amazon warehouses. This is not what you'd expect from Georgia.

I will never deliver here again, this place does not provide parking for truck drivers and they will call the police to harass them. Truckers should boycott this place

Managers here are legitimately incompetent and blame their own mistakes and carelessness on everyone else. They can’t coordinate mundane tasks without smoke coming out of their ears. Stay far away from this place

They call police for bobtail. Cops come to you here .and Amazon employees walking inside has nothing to do but bother truckers . Can you pull this trailer little bit forward he said. I am taking it . A joke
