If you are seeking to send goods in and out of your company this is not the way to go. Their team is the most unprofessional team I have ever dealt with. Nicole has a terrible attitude, has terrible managing skills. Does not know how to communicate efficiently. I had an issue with a shipment that was in her warehouse for over a year with fees accruing over a time of 1 year. Absolutely TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE. You’re better off going through CEVA or someone else. Nicoles only resolution to this was that she didn’t know what happened? Well obviously you don’t, most of these issues could get resolved with stronger leadership.

The sad part about this is that I’ve talked to other departments trying to get solutions and most seem very intelligent people and most gave me the same answer NICOLE is the one that has these updates. So Nicole thank you so much for being a waste of a salary.
