There is a large parking lot, but they don’t allow you to spend the night there.

The meeting is scheduled for 21:30. Arrived at 18:30. I had to wait until 21:00. They gave the gate and started unloading. At 23:50 I was empty and free.
A little longer, but I was lucky and it’s not so much

I read the reviews. My appt was at 10pm, so I made it to the DC at about 11am thinking that my clock would reset b4 they called me in. As luck would have it they pulled me in at about 7:30... I had 2 1/2 hrs b4 my time reset...knowing that they don't allow overnight parking, while the other trucks zoomed by me.. I crept to my door, got unloaded, crept to get my paperwork & parlayed for 20 min until my time reset. I have no complaints! I worked the situation to benefit me... Now I have plenty of time to drive to my next appt.

Arrived 30 minutes early a little hungry. They have a lady sells great tacos the break room clean and has chips and soft drinks. They take their time giving you a door but you can catch up on some rest! Keep on trucking!

Arrived at 18:50 for 19:30 appt. Was out at 21:00 nice people. Large staging area if you arrive early. No overnight parking, but the truck stop is near.

8 hours to unload 3 pallets. I showed up at 12:30 with the understanding that my appointment time was at 1:30 and was told it was at 4. They didn't get me out until 8:30pm. Completely ran out of hours on site for only 3 pallets.

This shit should be illegal. My company isn't coming back here.

"I've been a truck driver for a long time, and I’ve never experienced such disrespectful treatment. Despite having an appointment, I was forced to wait in the parking lot for 5-6 hours before even starting the unloading process. The wait time is unreasonable, and the unloading process took far too long. This kind of inefficiency and disregard for drivers’ time is unacceptable. I would not recommend working with this company unless you enjoy wasting hours of your day."

It’s funny how heb answers with “sorry to hear that please call us we would like to hear more about your experience “ to every comment and it’s been decades like this nothing happens today we have been waiting for over 4 hrs after unloaded
“For paperwork” I usually deny sending our driver there but this time it had to be there unfortunately
I suggest heb does hire someone efficient and does Walmart system of unloading and letting drivers go home then send pod electronically later when ware house does their job on counting
This is how it should be done at every heb other wise drivers will keep avoiding

For a company that is supposed to be so involved and cares so much about the community they sure don’t give a shit about truckers. This many employees this nice of a facility and you can’t get a driver out of here within even 4 hours of the appointment time? Get a dock 30 minutes after appointment time, start unloading 1 hour after appointment time finish unloading 2.5 hours after appointment, and going on 4 hours still waiting on green light and bills. But if I show up 15 minutes late ? Sorry go call your broker and get a new appointment. Hell I know Walmart doesn’t care , but they don’t even try and they do a better job. Disappointing cause I like heb stores but no way in hell will I spend any money in one
