I always don't like heb stores because of waiting at a check-out too much now I see why that's the whole company problem. Waiting at the warehouse. If you can't follow the appointment times, just don't give it.
If you are able to not accept their load then do it. They dont care your business. Running late for my next load.

Come here for your 10 hour rest ONLY! This place is horrible! I got here at my appointment time at 4:30pm got a door right away unloaded at 5:45pm and I still have a red light and it’s 7:31 pm. AVOID THIS PLACE!

They allow you to park at 6am or later if you have a delivery that evening. Once you get empty they don't allow overnight parking. I've been here 5 times now and I have always gotten out no later than 2 hrs past the delivery appt. They also have a taco truck for lunch if you're hungry.

Truck drivers- I10(W) to ex583… turn left = Foster rd - go 3.0 miles… 2nd entrance on right… park and walk to guard shack…once you receive text… you go to Another guard shack.. receive Another text with door assignment.. checkin at receiving office..,to confirm door assignment/hand over paperwork…,THEN…. proceed to dock door… get comfortable…

210 tacos 🌮 is great reasonable food while waiting to get unloaded or loaded entrance area near truck parking office also the heb staff are always professional

Used to be good now too many trucks in staging area and don’t honor appointment times. Always say they are 2 hours behind. Bad management and dumb security guards.

Right now I'm giving three stars. I had an appt for 7pm and I checked in at 12:45pm. The gentleman told me that they will start calling drivers at 4pm and they are very strict with the appt time unless if they are not busy they might call you before. So I will redo a review and update you with the process.

Morning shift are the worst.
Night shift very polite and helpful.

Today first time we had a delivery early, so we arrived 11:55am so we waited for 12 pm to they open the office to make the check in.
We look for shelter on the right said of the building it was a hot day, So, one of the HEB members (a old ugly lady) told us that we can not wait on the table that is outside because that is her spot to SMOKE, so we need to wait at the sun area can you Believe that?
And after that she gets in put her favorite show on the computer and ignore us like nothing Here they prefer to smoke and watch TV than help and serve.
I don't understand why people work on places that they are not happy.
So morning shift do not expect very help on behalf of HEB Team at the gate. And be prepared it will be a long day!
