For the first time ever I was in and out of an H‑E‑B in under 3 hours. They have truck parking for you to wait. You can come in to stage 2 hours early according to the signs. When you arrive park at the truck parking first. Then walk up to the gate. You’ll need a hard copy of your drivers license, truck and trailer numbers to check in. Have plate numbers of vehicles also. All check in is done by text once you check in at the guard shack. You’ll get 3 texts. One to drive to the second gate and then another to check in the dock to drop your paperwork and where to back in the dock. Once they are done unloading you’ll either get a text or the dock light will turn green. Then go back to the check in door to get your paperwork. They have rest rooms at the guard shack and there is a taco truck and vending machines. I was lucky to be in and out fast…this time. Be prepared to wait several hours just in case you’re not lucky.

Got to HEB at 6am. HEB workers dont show up to sign you in until 12 pm. I was first in to sign in for a 3 pm appointment. I didnt get a door until 5:30 pm. started unloading as soon as I got to door. They finished unloading at 5:50 pm. Got paper work ready to go at 7pm. My advice is that you dont waste your time hopping that they will unload you early. There are a bunch of other trucks waiting as well.

Check in process great! Employees very respectful, polite to Professional OTR drivers. Have all your info in hand..TK & TL#'s and plate #'s, Deliv #'s..fill out LITTLE form, stand in window lines, show ID at window, wait for text to come to gate. There is bit of wait for unload..but this place is so much better than others!! Plenty of wide check-in and Dk space for your backup. Arrived at 1815hrs (1930hrs appt)..out at 2315hrs.

This facility is the worst H-E-B facility to go too. Every time I go to this facility I am there for at least 2 hours. Yesterday I arrived at 5:25 and left at 1:04 this morning. This facility is poorly managed

Dump place for live unloading 🤢 every time I spend at this place at least 5 hours even on being on time. Somebody needs to find a solution for it !!!

Off load me in 2 hours , appointments only check in 30 minutes before your apt. Time . Rude staff.
