I have used a few different meal prep services and Healthy Warrior is my favorite. They offer actually sustainable food with good portions and variety. It reminds me most of home cooked food, which I think is a good thing. It is actually healthy, not just prepared food. Their service and team are great, they were responsive and love supporting a small business.

Thank you Healthy Warrior Meal Prep for keeping me healthy! I pride myself on eating a clean diet….with a few cheat meals here and there. But the reality is, that is often very difficult to keep up with the shopping, chopping and prepping. Healthy Warrior meals are not only delicious but they are healthy, clean and always fresh.
I highly recommend you give yourself a break and try it for a week. You won’t be disappointed.

I am extremely pleased with the Warrior Food Service. The food is really very good and much healthier than my own cooking/selections. I fact, I am losing a little weight and not having the cravings for sugar. The price is fair and the food is quite tasty and varied. I highly recommend Warrior Food Service.
