Always notify me when I qualify for monthly supplies and have them ready in a timely manner. Set up an appointment for me to have my CPAP device checked within less than 24 hours(tomorrow) when it started making continuous annoying/obnoxious whining noises with every breath (interfering with our sleep). Ashlynn and the ladies are always pleasant and helpful at the Village HHME&O2 warehouse next to AutoZone on HWY 7 North.

That do a good job and did fulfill my needs, but I felt as if I was walking into a daycare. The office was a disarray but somehow they manage to keep records in order. Remember to call back many times as they are not good at returning phone calls.

The customer service at Health Mart is some of the best that I have ever experienced. They are patient and understanding about any and all questions that I had which is no small feat because I asked a lot of them. The friendly staff explained to me in detail all of the features of my new CPAP machine including needed maintenance and which settings to use as this is my first machine and I wasn't very knowledgeable about them. I would highly recommend checking out HealthMart if you need medical equipment either now or in the future.

10/10 would recommend Health Mart to anyone! Prompt prescription fills and door front deliveries, amazing staff and management, top notch customer service, & very knowledgeable with all questions I have had over the years. Recently I needed a walking boot. Because insurance requires many hoops to be jumped through, I am thankful I had Ashlyn to help me. She made all the necessary phone calls, gathered all the paperwork and proceeded to go over everything with me in detail, so I understood how much I owe and why. She also fitted the new boot on my foot and explained how to adjust all the straps. I highly recommend Healthmart .

SUPERB! EXCEPTIONAL and ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY customer service! Issue was NOT of Healthmart's doing AT ALL, yet they stepped to the plate on a Friday afternoon when everyone else was shutting down and broke a six week log jam between my ordering physician, the Sleep Lab, and the pulmonary doctor. The wonderful Healthmart Supervisor and a bright tech have given me new hope that my respiratory needs will get met promptly now. Truly EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER CARE.
