Keep in mind this review is old and could be outdated at this point.

I am going to save DRIVERS some time and frustration with this review.

If you look at this property on satellite image you'll see the very last driveway if you're approaching the property from i-20. Pull into the last driveway, you'll see a very obvious office with a lot of glass windows. This is where you check in whether you are loading OR unloading. Do not follow any of the signs saying receiving or shipping. There is NO receiving office in the back of the building. They literally had me park in a shipping dock for unloading my trailer.

Supposed to check in between door 5 and 6 but somehow they moved down so check in would be between 23 and 24. Knocked on the door between door 5 and 6 with no response and there’s no information about them moving their warehouse down it got me frustrated and resort to blow my truck horn and see if anyone realized I was out there. Got a quick response and the staff were very helpful and understanding. Either the shipper or my carrier screwed up scheduling too I was supposed to drop and hook but ended with a live load. It is okay they loaded me up pretty quick I am happy with their service they deserve a good review and 5 stars for an effort to get me back on the road asap

Avoid.

12:18, enter shipping Driver Check-in (door 23).nobody home. Call contact #on door for Cathy, who answers right away. "I'm trying to check in for a pickup". Cathy: "Where are you?" me: "Door 23." Cathy: "On my way, be there in a minute."

12:35, still no Cathy. Now not answering phone either. Call all other numbers on contact list on door, no answer.

12:40 Caught answers phone. Me: "Did you forget about me?" Cathy'No, I'm in a meeting now. I'll be there when it's done." Me:" you said you were on your way more than 20 minutes ago. " Cathy:" And?"

12:50 loaders show up at door. Paperwork/BoLs can't be found.

1:05 assigned a door

1:35 loaded

We get paid by the mile, people, not by the hour. You just stole an hour of my time through your incompetence.

Drivers, avoid this cluster.

7am appointment Check in 5am. Got door right away 6:15 am check out. Receiving is back side the building door #109. Have overnight parking.No Restrooms

Get out from I-20, to exit mountain creek one, take all the way down where the building ends then make a left turn to get into the facility. You will see the building glass door office on your left side you have to check in here. They are nice staff and I can say most probably 1-2 hours for unloading. They have overnight parking too in front of the glass door building. Four-star Becz they don’t have a restroom.

As of 2/2023 driver check in is between doors 5 and 6. Isn't marked as shipping/receiving. Says C Exit Only.
