Absolutely amazing 3PL to work with! HC Fulfillment was quick to respond with a quote and great to work with during a busy time for my business. The setup process was easy and the owners were very understanding of my situation and willing to work with me.

Every day they would ensure all of the orders got out on time. If there were every any problems, it was easy to reach somebody and get it fixed quickly.

I would highly recommend them to any sellers looking for a fulfillment service.

Update: HC Fulfillment was great for a number of years, but communication and receiving issues started happening, and it would take a long time to hear back. Eventually we stopped working together.

If you are a small business with a heart for your products looking for a location/warehouse to send out your products i would not recommend this company. They aren’t reliable when it comes to shipping your products and they also do not respond to any of my emails. The interaction has been very poor. Usually i’m not the kind of person who leaves reviews but my experience has been so bad that i felt the need to warn other companies. I hope they work these kinks out because the system they have in place is good, just my interaction with them hasn’t been.

We are a small business that started shipping our own goods just a couple of years ago. It is a big adjustment and there are lots of lessons to be learned.

I would recommend HC fulfillment because you have actual contacts to call and email as you work out the kinks in a new business model.

Ok, so when you are looking for Fulfillment company you want pretty much just a few things - reliability (huge), integration with your platform (crucial), communication (super important), great rates (goes without saying). You can fully appreciate the team at HC Fulfillment only after you experience dealing time and time again with other facilities that fail on one of those components (or all of them..haha). Save yourself time, money (transferring your stock) and headache. Start your business expansion with the right team. You CAN NOT find a better option. These guys understand perfectly what small business needs, how to get it run smoothly, they literally anticipate potential issues and help you every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend!
