I believe this place is getting a bum rap concerning reviews. I noticed this trend in google reviews space. If someone in most cases not all, gives a negative review, then next person tends to follow suit no matter how minor their experience may have been. As a former retired Soldier, I will offer this perspective. Be a leader not a follower. Be the head and not the tail. Form your own opinion and apply it to each situation and every situation is not the same. If credit is due, then give credit, and if someone falls short of expectations, tell them how they can do better. My experience has been pleasant, even the person that checked me in over the phone was very polite and professional, yes sir and no sir. Well done Hayes Retail Services! Angelo loaded me and I appreciate the expeditious customer service. In at 06:05 for a 06:30 appointment and loaded by 07:05. Full Truckload.

Upon arrival, no other trailers were getting loaded. They had me in and out in no time!! When you pull in, just take the road all the way to the back of the building. Do not turn left! Shipping door will be on the left once past guard shack behind building! Gate is usually left open for drivers!!

Alot of bad reviews on this place. My experience, not so bad. Checked in at 7 am for a 8 o'clock delivery got a dock door right away, Didnt start unloading me until 8am. Had me Empty and gone at 8:30. Not to terrible.

Good people but the check in black lady is so rude , anyway checked at 8:48am been to door 42 after 43 minutes the guy came and took me back to the security guard , and he saw her attitude too , then waiting on door 42 at 10:10am the other guy came out said you are on the wrong door

From the first moment I started communicating with them, they were very friendly and cooperative. And my appointment was 9:30am. The day before they told me how early they are open. I came at 6:00am. The check in guard open the gate at 6:30am. And they assigned me door right away. And they started unloading my truck right after I hit the dock.

So, I owe them a big thank.
