TERRIBLE! I booked a handicap room with a roll in shower and spoke on the phone with the person making the reservation. I asked them several times to confirm the type of room I needed. Drove about 500 miles, my wife went to check in and asked to see the room. Not even close to a handicap room. Fortunately for us the Holiday Inn Express next door was able to accommodate us!

Yes … I am in a wheel chair. Very disappointed with the Hampton Inn in Hope, AR …. Please pay attention at time of booking. I’m sorry doesn’t cut it. A very unhappy Hampton Inn client!

Big room small bathroom.
It's an old location and you can easily tell.
Breakfast is okay for being free.
Could have more hot options.
Lobby looks fancy and cozy but that's about it.

Very nice stay. We loved the nice decor and furniture. We had a lovely breakfast the next morning after a comfortable night in our rooms. Staff was so friendly. All we could do was smile.

The hotel was extremely clean & smelled great walking in. The young man was very nice behind the counter. The breakfast was great and the orange juice was very good. breakfast went until 10:00 am. They had eggs and bacon and waffles & etc. The beds were comfy. Our room had a huge shower. . We will definitely stay again if ever in Hope Ark

I had just stayed at this hotel had a very bad experience for a Hampton Inn for health was not very professional. I checked into the hotel around 730. I was up all night call down to this front desk. Several times told them they were noise and they were a woman screaming The heater was broke. She was more concerned about protecting the people upstairs then getting me a blanket with no heat in the room and she defended. These people told me she switched them to another room. They were running back-and-forth and pounding on my door all night after she had contacted them , we brought her to the front desk is attention. The manager didn’t think that this was a bad complaint he never even offered me a refund I work for several hotels and I had never ever had a review like this hotel. I had to give them nobody stay here.

Very nice hotel with good service. Reception desk was staffed and helpful. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Complimentary breakfast offered many options that were good. Grounds are well maintained with lovely landscaping to welcome visitors.

This Hampton Inn is conveniently located near I-30, with food choices nearby. We stopped here overnight on a road trip home to Texas, and found the rooms to be comfortable and clean, though just a little dated/worn (hotel was built in 2013).
There is a small indoor pool and outside patio that looked relaxing. The breakfast is typical for Hampton with waffles, eggs, biscuits, etc. The customer service is what makes this hotel shine, everyone was very warm and friendly, and happy to help. We would stay here again!

Normally at least a four star. However, this time I can’t because of condition in the room. Thermostat hanging loose on the wall and the AC unit was very noisy. Bed was fair but the carpet sure was sticky in parts of the room.|Normally a good stay but this room, 105, needs some TLC.|On the positive side, the desk staff was attentive, helpful and offered dining options nearby.|Food area was clean and well presented.
