This is my first time having a storage unit and the couple Kathy and Rick who run it are friendly, helpful, down to earth, and all the way around awesome people! I trust my things are safe there with them. My only complaint would be the hours of operation! I wish they stayed open at least till 10 pm and opened at 6am! Other than that it’s always been a great experience!

This place is amazing! We had storage unit for a two years and it was really accessible fares, super safe and always looked upon. We moved around our stuff and there was no prob with management. No break ins, very safe. They always check who is in and out and even go see each time someone enters. They give you cold water which is much needed in the summer and the manager is pretty cool. Would recommend.

Guardian Self Storage is great. The customer service was great also. The owners are very courteous and respectful. They made sure that my unit was clean and before any paperwork was started theu showed me the unit ahead of time. I was really happy with there service and they gave me a good deal on the unit that I needed for the job that I was working. Other places in there area were way to pricey. I was very happy with Guardian Self Storage everything went great. I would recommend Guardian Self Storage to everyone. Thank you again Guardian Self Storage for your wonderful service.

The managers at Guardian Self Storage in Beaumont are very courteous and friendly folks---
(Kathy & Rick) which makes it so easy to do business with them. They are very professional in their duties and the entire facility is spotless clean and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of a safe and secure place to store their household goods.

First of all I rarely post reviews and I only post reviews for the most outstanding service. I moved back to Beaumont after many years from another state. I needed a large storage unit. Not only did Nancy and Harvey bend over backwards to help me, they are some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with. The rates are fair, the facility is extremely secure and everything is clean. I probably talked to 10 other storage facilities and I can tell you don't waste your time. Go to guardian and talk to Nancy. She will take good care of you!

My wife and I would like to give Guardian Self Storage the highest rating possible. Rick was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. We had a 1948 Willys Army Jeep to be towed from Guardian Storage. The jeep had been in storage there for 20 years. If not for Rick, we would have never been able to get the jeep out of the unit and towed. Rick's assistance was the epitome of customer service!

Last minute move. Needed a storage unit last minute Nancy the manager was wonderful. Got a unit in minuets. Got stuck in heavy traffic they were closing. Nancy waited for us to arrive. This place is clean and impressive. Great manager. I highly recommend them.
