I refer all my clients, family and friends to Grant. They recently moved me. Great crew! All my things arrived safe and sound. They put down runners and kept everything clean. All boxes went to the correct rooms. My bed was set up. My furniture was wrapped and all in good condition. They are EXCELLENT and provide great customer service.

We hired Grant to move us from Arizona to Washington and then back to Arizona. First I’d like to say he was on time to the minute, when he said he was going to be there he was there. Second of all our furniture was delivered without a scratch. Even very delicate items were not damaged in any way. Mostly was the professionalism. Grant and his staff were very courteous and polite. A pleasure to work with. He was even able to arrange one of his employees to drive our second vehicle back to Arizona. Highly Recommend!!

July 16, 2024: I am so sad and disappointed I haven't received my furniture yet. I paid in August 2023. It's now almost August 2024. I am told the antique oak table and chairs along with the oak sideboard and mirror are still housed in Grantimove's warehouse in Tucson, Arizona. Scheduled moving dates of Sept. 2023, Nov. 2023, and promised calls never came to fruition. In 2024, I continued leaving messages and texts but still no response. Poor communication left me guessing what happened. It's surprising since Grantimove did a superb job moving my mom's furniture from Arizona to California. I thought when I hired Grantimove a second time I would get the same professional service. Not so! I am out $1,179.00 and the furniture. I have been very patient but silence is the response of Grantimove. My next step is to contact Better Business Bureau.

Grant provided us with an excellent moving experience from start to finish! It all started months ago with a recommendation from National Self Storage's Oro Valley, Arizona location. We called Grant and explained that we needed the contents of our storage unit in Lubbock, Texas moved to a unit in the Tucson area. In a very prompt and efficient manner, we negotiated the terms of the arrangement (dates, services, fees, etc.). Everything was documented in a written contract. On the days before the scheduled pick-up, Grant reconfirmed all details. He arrived early and came with two top-notch local movers he hired. All three worked speedily and took excellent care of our belongings. The delivery was likewise excellent, again with two top-notch local movers. None of our belongings was even the slightest bit damaged during loading, transit, and unloading. We have moved at least ten times in the past and this was definitely our best experience ever!!

Update: We used Grant again for a local move in Tucson. Once again, the service was top-notch. Absolutely no damage to belongings, walls, or floors. His movers work efficiently -- no long breaks, working slow, or messing around -- just good solid work. As before, extremely impressed!
