You have the products I need, but your computer system is Really slow. The people who helped me were excellent so I have no complaint about that, it's just your system, it took forever to check out and later I realized that I paid more than I would've paid if I just had ordered the stuff online.

I went to the Phillips Highway location. I met the clerk his name is Ryan. This guy goes beyond your expectation when it comes to Customer Service he not only takes his time to explain to you what you need or what you don’t need, but he also goes out of the way and makes phone calls just so that we have the proper, things that we need even today I went August 6, 2024 is the date I went in with three minutes to closing. He Still help me beyond closing time and got my order done. He is one of the Jim at the store. Thank you so much Ryan stay humble.

Ryan and Kelly helped me out, Grainger has always been great to me but this time I was having a really difficult time trying to find a replacement for a discontinued part that didn't have information online. Ryan made a few phone calls and narrowed down what I needed and now I can turn my AC back on and get out of this Florida heat! Great job guys.

They have every part you need, they're helpful, and the website is effective. If you can reasonably describe the part you're looking for, the website will find it for you. Pickup is fast, prices are good. I run a pressure washing business and the help me get all the odd fitting and plumbing pieces I need. Lol this is a second time I've tried calling to get a hold of somebody to ask them for a specific part two different times the ladies that answer the phone have no idea what I'm talking about nor could they even conceive it. Just one of the times I needed a 5/8 inner diameter tube spacer stainless steel and they had no idea what I was talking about could not help me put me on hold for 36 minutes waiting to give me to somebody that might be able to help me
