2/5/25 - appt at 0900. Arrived at 0845. First you park in the staging area/OVERNIGHT parking and call the 412-685-2920 number to check in.

First, I read some reviews since this is my first time here and right off the bat I was reading how receiving is very rude. Well I try to be optimistic...so i call to check in and 1st try, lady who answers says "Receiving please hold." *click* She did not put me on hold, she hung up instead. I wait a minute to call again; she answers but now with a little more attitude "Receiving please hold!" Afterwards, she comes back, takes my info, gets me checked in (seems to be a little nicer), says she'll call back when they have a door ready and before I could say anything else. She hangs up again. So apparently she ain't got time to listen to anything else.

- got my call at 0930, docked by 0940. She said to bring paperwork AND the seal to the receiving office. Door RR.

*just listening to the ladies talk, i had a feeling that the lady who hung up on me was the one working the first window*

But when she turned her attention toward me, she was actually very professional. Took my paperwork and said they'll call or text with the lumper fee when done. At the end, BOTH ladies were professional.

- unloading started about 1045, finished at noon. Paid my lumper fee and was out by 1230.

Plenty of space to maneuver your truck!! Overall, I was pleasantly surprised!!

I got door 5:35 am with appointment 6:00am. And now is 12:34 pm I’m still waiting green light no one you can ask what is going only horrible lady is here. My next pick up over 97 miles away so maybe I cannot make it home

The stars are for the ladies at the receiving department were very nice but asked for unloading took long. There was slow to call me to a door called me a hour and a half after my appointment oh, and a good thing about it they do have overnight parking I’ll give them a star for that Other than that he might need to try to figure out a new system to get people unloaded quicker.

Posting to give hope to those coming here. I had a good experience. One thing to keep in mind is they probably won’t call you until your appt time. But after that I was in and out in an hour. Plenty of room to maneuver.

Believe other drivers about the wait times , I got here 30 minutes before my 10:00 appointment and didn't leave until after 14:00. The hag that answers the phone is a snob. I tried asking could I pull in to turn around since I was at the gate and there was a truck behind me but she hung up. Before I could even ask my question...like okay you don't let drivers in before given a door but it's a cluster out in the parking lot that they have. Crazy because she called me a few seconds later saying to go to a door. Just rude for no reason....she needs to be evaluated the way all these reviews are talking about her.

Absolutely terrible. 5 hours so far and still not ready. I have a partial load, no more than 4-6 pallets. Disgustingly disrespectful woman working the receiving phone will hang up in your face as soon as SHE is done speaking, so if you have any questions, it doesn't matter. When I arrived to check in, I overheard her being rude to another driver so I already knew how this was going to go. Be prepared to have your time wasted and you're patience tested.

If you’re one minute late, you will not be given a door and these geniuses will put you on a waiting list and will work you in whenever they desire to do so. Appointment at 10:00 am, arrived at 10:05 and the lady at the receiving office (who’s apparently not getting enough of it) condescendingly rejects the load because I checked in 5 minutes late. Go figure.

Everything is fine until you have to deal with the woman that checks you in and do your paperwork. I've been to 20 + different locations in Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri and you meet different people with different approaches, some good some not so good, in general reasonable. Butt this woman from Pennsylvania is a different breed. Never in my life I had to deal with such a person. I am a hard working person, educated with a degree, I am playing the piano and guitar and drums. I graduated art school. I do sports like skiing and snowboarding, paragliding and many more . I am a pilot and a captain I have a pilot license and a boat license and for the last years I drive a semi truck butt not before I was a dispatch and a mechanic and asistent manager of a trucking company in Europe. I one sentence, I'm not your average Joe. I know how to talk and listen and always trying to do my best. I am here third or fourth time and always I found this bitter woman having the same attitude. I don't know what's her problem. One advice, If you have the strength to refuse a load to this facility don't hesitate. The only reason I am still coming here is because the people that gave me these loads are the nicest in the industry and the pay is good. I can't say no to them even if that means I will have to deal with this situation again and again. I hope you will find her in a better mood if you choose to come here. Stay safe. God bless you all.
