There is overnight parking available on the street. Gonna have to walk in to check in before they give you a door. My appointment was at 0700 I got paperwork and left at 0900

I got unloaded there today. I paid the lumper. Got ready to leave. There was still more product on my trailer that they did not. I went back in. The lady at the receiving was very nice. I went back outside and they took the rest off. I pulled up to make sure everything was there. The dock guy r lumper starts screaming to move my truck before i could even check. He kept on screaming at me. He jumped off the dock and came at me like he was crazy. Very rude. Screaming in my face. Maybe he waa upset because he could not read. I hope they do not treat customers that way. Drivers bring them what they need to service customers.

Very challenging to get into this DC. Single lane road into the DC yet it's 2 way traffic. Awaiting Trucks are parked on both sides of the road coming into the DC . I got lucky and found a parking spot on the DC property , the parking spots on the DC property are Very limited. Have very warm clothing on because you must walk into the warehouse to check in and it's Very cold inside. The young lady at the checkin window was extremely kind and professional.

This is not necessarily rating the overall company. The drivers people should take caution of though. I just had a truck cut me off across three lanes on an overpass in Stevensville. Then proceeded to push me out of my lane while driving half in the ditch because he decided not to take the exit he originally cut me off to take. I had to slam my brakes on almost got rear-ended then wasn't sure if he was going to side swipe me. Meanwhile all kinds of stuff went flying up under my feet preventing me from pressing the petal to get out of the way. I had my new born, my two year old and my two older kids in the car with me. This is absolutely unacceptable. You guys need to put trackers on your trucks so you can monitor how your people are driving. Whoever you are sir I hope karma comes to show you what you put a mother through because you didn't want to take a turn that by the way would have still taken you to the same place you ended up.

The lady checking you in is nice and professional but the lumpers are incredibly incompetent or racist, I don't exactly know. 4 hrs for a partial, $260 in lumper fees abd this is how they're leaving merchandise for next appt which i missed already.

Park on street before reaching guard shack first, then walk past gate to office to check in. Starts at 5am. Easy process
