We have just started working with Gold 3PL over the past few weeks. They have been incredibly easy to deal with so far and make our logistics in the USA both economical and timely.

Gold 3PL has great customer service and also an ability to work with a wide range of goods, from smaller packages to the big and bulky (ours are typically 50-60 lbs). Their transport rates with the likes of UPS and Fedex are far better than any rates we could get ourselves by working directly with the couriers, so part of their operational costs are offset by the savings we are seeing in freight.

We switched 3PL every 6 to 8 months due to poor service, loss of inventory, getting product damaged, wrong shipment, etc. It's been over 15 months since we have moved to Gold 3 PL. We are extremely pleased with their service in the Houston location. All of our issues are resolved. Shonn, Anthony, and Basilio are an excellent team that has provided excellent customer service, good care of products, shipping orders on time and accurately maintaining the inventory. We have increased our volume with them due to their high dependability and reliable service provider.

Gold3PL provided a consistently horrible experience, with incorrect shipping methods and increasing costs, causing significant financial losses to my business. All of that at a point I'm just trying to get things off the ground and can't afford such mistakes. They don't care, 0 responsibility for their mistakes. They do however send invoices for service they don't provide but they charge you as if they did. The way they treated me I'm shocked I'm the first negative review for this company. I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs.
