I was in the store today trying to return two items. The company provided a QR code and stated that all I needed to do was drop off the items at the nearest UPS location and have them scan the code. It seemed easy, right? Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. However, I wanted to give a shout-out to Lucia, who helped me today. She was very patient and assisted me in figuring out how to return these gifts to the company. Thank you, Lucia! She is truly an asset to the team and really prioritizes her customers. Not only did she help me, but I also observed her interactions with other customers before me, and it was clear that she is dedicated to providing excellent service. As a business owner myself, I understand how important that is, so I truly appreciated the extra care and attention she provided.

I have consistently patronized Goin' Postal for at least four years. I never had an issue with Jim, Frank, nor my packages being delivered in a timely manner. Recently, I went to mail a package and met the new owner, Von Richcreek. I paid additional money to have my package delivered by a certain date. Later, I received an email that the package would be delivered two days after the date I paid for. I followed up with Von regarding my package. Unfortunately, during my visit, no fine print was discussed nor documentation given stating my package would make it days later. Once I requested a refund for my package which never left Nashville, Von wanted to discuss the unspoken stipulation. He claimed he would contact a representative and get back to me. He never called. I called him back a few times regarding the matter and no success. He failed to return my calls. Von lacks customer service skills and respect as it pertains to (some) women. He is narcissistic and believes it is okay to converse with customers in a condescending manner. As a result, I sought legal action. Then, Von's stance became if you want to spend money (more than your package) on an attorney, go ahead. I hope, since my encounter, customers are no longer dealing with his pompous attitude (so much so that he decided not to respond to legal counsel). I won't step foot in there. However, I'm happy to know that my fortitude regarding the matter helped Von to improve his business practices.

Great place for all mailing services!
Ive been here a few different times, but today needed help with mailing something internationally. That process can feel a bit intimidating, but Von Richcreek walked me through the steps and made sure I was taken care of! Definitely recommend these guys.
