I grew up near Ensley. I arrived fifteen minutes early because I had no idea where this place was located.

I rated this location an F on the company’s I haul for questionnaire. In the fourteen years of my driving experiences, this has to be the worst place ever. I have a brand new 22 Freightliner Cascadia Evolution semi-tractor truck with the low profile bumper, and it is never my goal to go to a place where the parking lot to the docks are F up with broken pavement and huge, huge pot holes, craters like rocks and insufficient space for backing.

Even though I am local, I will leave this one on the board for someone else. LOL

OTR Driver here. Picked up here. Here is my experience here. 1st the good. No non sense checkin/checkout, load you under an hour, over all the folks here are friendly but a bit disorganized...Now for bad. Load was over on gross weight had to return and have a pallet taken off, there's several docks here but the two worse chopped up concrete ones are the ones they use..lol ., anyways waste time getting load reworked/pallet off, than said immediately you got to leave when I was in process of leaving(noticed a day cab driver anxious as they always are for a dock.
OVNP they use on street, but I noticed several dropped trailers from others, etc on street, so like room for two maybe 3 trucks while there. IMO I don't believe their bol weight is correct because was at 44300, I've hauled that much many times before without being over. Only thing I can say is beware of this, and CAT scale your truck n trailer before you arrive, than again that doesn't help if bol weight is not correct.

As a truck driver, just enough room to get around and dock as long as not too busy. Can easily go into first entrance and back into end of lot to stay out of the way. Very nice and helpful crew

My overall experience here was great. I had to drop off some freight on a Thursday morning and have it picked up the next morning for delivery. I worked with a gentleman named Randy, and he helped me throughout the entire process. He kept all copies of receipts and BOLs and provided everything in a timely manner. He even helped provide some suggestions for an outside carrier that I needed to hire. I had no issues with dropping off the freight or picking the freight the following morning. Smooth and painless.

Will load you pretty quick when they start on you but if you book a load a few days earlier say about 3 to 4 days early they will push your pick up time back a couple of hours if your pickup time is 8 they will say your pickup time is 10 or 10:30 but they are pretty solid for as loading

Use google or GPS bring you right at address big warehouse quick unloading very nice people not sure about restrooms but yes you can park overnight..no appointment needed
