I rented a parking space, and it happened twice the first month that someone was parked there or have occupied half of it. They have virtual agents on a screen that try to move you to other spots every time. It's really hard to talk to someone in person and explain the situation. Avoid this place, save time and hassle.

Ranjith was helpful today when I called to upgrade a unit I hadn't started using yet. I was able to change with no issues. I am a little concerned with sending a picture of my license via text. I had some issues understanding him but he was very patient with me and tried to explain again what he was trying to say. All in all a great experience.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother who rented one of your climate controlled units. Upon entering the unit given to her, she discovered a sofa and loveseat left by the previous tenant. She reported it to the lady on site only to be told that they wouldn’t be able to remove it until a week later. Really? So we ended up removing it ourselves and it’s still sitting outside a week later. Now my mother is in the process of moving and we’re not able to enter the gate because the system is offline. I call Go Store It only to be put in contact with someone that’s not able to help me. He tells me the issue has been escalated and we probably won’t be able to access the unit until Monday and then proceeds to ask me if it’s urgent for me to enter it today. Today is Friday and we’re moving! Y’all need to make these inconveniences she’s been encountering right. Good customer service is obviously dead. If needed, I’ll be more than happy to offer some tips.

I had a unit for about 5 years when they were oak ridge storage... since they changed their name to gostoreit it's been a mess ...I cleaned out my unit there today ..they are supposed to send me my initial security deposit and when I asked about it I was told that they would have to check on it...I had already paid for the entire month of October and they won't be paying for the days I won't be using it...so now someone can come along and rent the same and they can get double paid...they also charged me for insurance which I never asked for...I would never recommend anyone to use them...I cleaned and swept it out really good and turned my lock and key in their outside lockbox...it was unit C48... don't use them... never a live person in the office... everything is virtual...I wish the man who used to manage it was still there and I woulde still be there... gostoreit sucks👎

Logan has been rude and evasive...still haven't received my deposit yet and it's December 3rd..
I would appreciate you sending me what you owe me.. it's January 21 and still haven't received my refund yet... always keepth telling me that someone will get back with me and they never do

I'm new to the area and needed 2 storage units - a 10x10 and another a little bigger. Signs say to use the intercom to gain entry, but the intercom gave no option to contact the office unless you enter your code. I called the office and the dumb girl on the phone couldn't assist me in getting in. I told her I wanted to rent two unit but couldn't get in.....her answer was that there was nothing she could do. How stupid do you have to be
