Communicated with 2 employees and I’d easily give them 5 stars. Any concerns were noted and addressed. Acoustics in the initial contact room need to be improved as at times they had to repeat their responses. Overall the facility does what I need it to do.

02/20/24 Today called Go Store It James Burgess Location in Cumming Georgia; Laura was extremely helpful in answering any questions as i closed/emptied my unit after utilizing for personal storage over last 4 years. I provided the location of the key within the unit as this facility is un-manned.

Finally got my refund after giving them this review. This is not how business is done if you want to stay in business. They want me to change my review since they now gave me a refund, so I took out one word. The rating will not change

Still waiting on a refund that was confirmed by management 3 weeks later.
Tried to rent online. I paid my initial $31.77 for insurance and partial first month. They apparently need you to come in to finish paperwork (does not say this anywhere until after you sign up).
The office hours do not align with any practical time that I can come in. I emailed multiple times and was finally promised after 3 emails that the $31.77 would be refunded. 3 weeks later I am still impatiently awaiting my refund.

These facilities are a dime a dozen, and they are everywhere. Don't waste your time or money here.

My appointment with Nicole at the James Burgess location was outstanding! I was given a tour of the facility and was advised of the policies and procedures from A-Z. I couldn't ask for better and friendlier service! Although I'm a newbie I think all will go well!
