I’m currently training for the 2025 Gasparilla 5k. The last time I ran in a race was in October The Spooky Sprint Race. My daughter and a few of my grandchildren ran also. We had a great time. At this time I am using my Go Plus Treadmill for daily training. This was a gift from my daughter and her husband and grandchildren. I’m eternally grateful for this amazing gift. I highly recommend this company as they offer many other great products that will help people achieve health and fitness goals.

For one, it's hard to get anyone on the phone. The '0' option is always full and we can't leave a message. The '1' option never answered, even when calling during operating hours.

When they finally answered after weeks of trying, the package I shipped to them by mistake was received by them, but since it didn't pertain to them, they trashed it instead of marking it return to sender. I expected bad news from the get-go after their review is only 2 star.
I will make sure to always check who is shipping my Amazon orders from now on, if it has this company I would rather not order.

Ordered shelving through Walmart Canada and have nothing but issues with the order, first they were to ship within 3-5 days and we didn't receive until 9 days later and only half the order was received, which we were unaware of, we returned the order to a Walmart location and we were notified that only half the order was returned and therefore a credit of half the purchase price. I note that FedEx delivered the (1) box and took a picture of the delivery. I am totally frustrated with both Walmart and this company.

In my opinion this is the worst company to deal with ZERO COMMUNICATION and employees don't have a clue about deliveries dates and or times. paid extra for VIP Delivery - WHAT A JOKE -ZERO STARS I WILL NEVERDO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN

Purchased a stroller for my newborn and two of the parts for the wheels were missing. Contacted the store and they said I need to pay $20 for the two lock screws to be shipped because my warranty is over. I just had my baby so the stroller was just opened after being purchased in July. I’m very disappointed. Briana whom is the front desk receptionist emailed back and she was very passive aggressive which to me came off as rude! She told me to go purchase them from the store like I said I would. Don’t waste your money here!!

I would give them a negative -10 if I could! Returned a stair stepper that cost $70 and they only refunded $20. Have been going back and forth with the company and notice they only respond in the evening which tells me their customer service is overseas! They are a third party seller on Amazon. Do not buy from this company!!!

These guys are crooks. Never buy any item from them. I purchased an item worth $381, without opening the package I returned it as it was not what i expected. They asked me to return it and they will reimburse the shipping plus will refund $381. It has been more than 3 months, still waiting for a refund and they refused to pay the return shipping cost. Very poor customer service and in simple English these guys are crook, NEVER buy any item from them even through Amazon platform, they will lie and misrepresent and will never pay shipping charges.
