Worse shipping company ever! My package was delayed three different times after being told I will get ot and such time and date, then it sat 45mins away from my house for three days called many supervisors and got the run around! Laughed at, hung up on! If I ever order from anywhere again I will make sure this is not the person delivery my merchandise. 7days later at 9:51pm my part arrives and he forged my signature! Beware this company is a joke!

Horrible,  horrible, horrible.  Customer service is nonexistent.

Package did not get delivered because of a "bad address," yet the shipper and GLS both have my correct address. This was not an address correction or any mistake on my part -- they had the correct address from day 1. Package showed out for delivery days ago, but it never arrived, and GLS obviously has no clue where it is. I have reached out numerous times since this supposed "bad address issue," including the day I noticed it on the GLS website. Their response: "Is there an apartment number or specific instructions, because it shows a bad address?" It is a house address that has been around many years, yet they can't find it?! And then, "kindly wait a bit for it to update in our system."

Four days later, still no update. I've called four times today. The first time I was told Dispatch had been in contact with the driver and corrected the issue, and that it was scheduled to be delivered today. I was promised the driver would be calling me to let me know when the delivery would arrive. No call, no delivery. I then called back and get told they have no clue when the item will be delivered, and I requested a manager call me. The manager was "tied up," and I was told I would receive a call within an hour or so. No call. I've called a  fourth time today and sitting on hold now awaiting a manager. Again, I just got told the manager should call me within an hour. Like I told the rep, I'm still waiting for my callback from a manager you promised me several hours ago.

I have never dealt with the level of ignorance and lack of customer support that I have experienced the past few days. Sadly, the shipper is equally responsible since they give their consumer no choice in who to use.  Fedex, UPS, USPS -- all big names that make sure their items get delivered. I would not use GLS if my life depended on it.

Update: Per the owner's request, I sent an email on 1/22/25, to the provided email address. Surprisingly enough, when I checked the status of the item on 1/22/25, it showed "delivered" to my location on 1/14/25. Obviously, the item never arrived to me, because when I filed the claim on 1/18/25, it showed the "exception-bad address." I never got the item.

It is 2/2/25, and still no response from GLS. The shipper sent another item via UPS, per my request.

Customer service is bad and delivery tracker is not accurate. Had a “out for delivery” notice but package never came. Tried the chat support but it constantly said please keep waiting for someone then would drop the chat and say no one available try later. Called support and they just read that the package was out for delivery yesterday but couldn’t answer where package was or when to expect it. Package needs a signature so this is an extra hassle to ensure I’m home to sign. Not sure how a company whose job is delivering packages doesn’t have a simple tracker system that can let you know where the vehicle is with your package or better yet, a 2-4 hour window when it may arrive like all other services provide.

For the minimum of the 8th time my Friday delivery did not arrive. Package was picked up late and Santa Fe Springs processing center never scanned it in. I had to call and do package trace. GLS would not agree to deliver it Saturday unless a paid a huge extra delivery price even though it was their error. They have horrible customer satisfaction. They care nothing about making things right.

Wish I could give zero stars.. There is no Customer Service. Had multiple 'Failed' Delivery attempts and there is no escalation points, their customer service team just reads the status of tracking that is available to you. Solutions were to just go pick the package up from Santa Fe Springs or they would return to sender. This service is a joke.

1 star because they won’t let you post without selecting at least one. This courier is a joke! They keep coming up with false reason as not to deliver our package. Starting to think they have either lost or just stolen our package. Would not recommended them to anyone.

Used to be okay but lately terrible. We have had 2 different packages in the last week where they said they tried to deliver at 10:30pm and 9:30pm but said address was incorrect. C'mon. Address is correct, no delivery attempts were made. Somehow they magically delivered the first package the following day to the address listed, at 6:30pm. Still waiting for second package. They're costing the vendors we ordered from business at this point.

Has to be the worst delivery service out there. Three different deliveries and each box completely thrashed. The last one which was yesterday, left them out in the rain to get completely ruined. There was no break in the down pour yesterday. It was coming down when they left the boxes and now they’re so soaked the boxes are falling apart. I have many places they could have put the packages such as my carport less than 20 feet away, but no they left them out in the open to get them soaked! Worst delivery service ever!l
