Was given permission to make an upfront payment for a package with the promise of the remaining amount due at time of arrival. Before making the payment I reconfirmed with them about the payment and I was told to ptoceed. After they received the money, they went back on their word and said the entire amount was due.

GNL is a top notch logistics company with professional customer service across the board. Haley King is by far the best freight rep I have ever dealt with in my 13 years of shipping. She is quick to respond and is passionate about taking care of the customer.

Worst freight broker to deal with, they lie to you, put you on hold for hours. There are MUCH better companies to work with. They miss delivery 3-4 times in a row, schedule and not show up. Honestly I don't think they know what they are doing. We ship close to 50-70 orders per week, and I will NEVER use them again.
