Absolute joke of a business. I came in and was told to wait for everyone to finish their lunch before I would be helped. So I waited 10 or 15 mins until I was called to be helped. Showed the guy what I wanted printed, confirmed that it looked good on the screen (It did), and waited for my print outs. Well the print outs cut off the bottom and lower part of the document. Instead of making it right, I was told to pay for the incorrectly printed documents, fix file, come back, and pay full price for him to print it the correct way. Came home and printed the file as is and it prints correctly. Biggest waste of my time and money.

Thank you Global! I went to ship my nephew his Christmas package today, after missing the USPS earlier. Here’s what ya gotta know:

1. Excellent customer experience. Excellent.
2. Store was super clean and well organized! Try to find a major shipping store that is 1/2 as organized; I’ll wait.
3. Both of the people working were super nice.
4. The guy recognized where the package was headed and provided a military shipping discount.
5. Did I mention how nice they were?

These people are amazing!! I have lived in Moody for 10 years and I had always wished we had a store like this! now I get to see them 5-6 days a week!! super polite!! and anyone complaining about being charged for using “their” shipping supplies, you should be charged it’s not free!!

I dropped off a UPS Amazon return package on January 9, 2020 for shipping and did not get a receipt. As of January 16, The package I dropped off for mailing never made it to Amazon and there was no tracking info found. Please be sure to ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT FROM THIS LOCATION TO COVER YOURSELF.

I just went back to this shipping store and they were very helpful! They provided proof that my package had actually been delivered to Amazon 10 days ago with a signature at the destination. Wow!! Amazon, never even told me that it was delivered and my account is still showing as if it still hasn’t been delivered! However, this store is awesome and I’m glad I went back up there to check on this because I hate leaving bad reviews without giving a business the opportunity to make it right. Global mail did their job right and I fully recommend them!?

Take your shipping business elsewhere!!! I do a lot of online shopping and returns. This business wanted to charge me to tape the return boxes shut because they said I brought too many boxes. (4 returns) I’ve used numerous shipping businesses and never been asked to pay for this sort of thing with a postage paid return label. Nowhere did I see any signs stating this was a charge I should expect. It appeared to me the woman just made it up. When I decided to take my business elsewhere, the clerk changed the amount she wanted me to pay. There are plenty of shipping centers who would like and appreciate your business. I suggest using one of those
