I would strongly advise against using this company. They frequently send quotes that are missing critical information and costs that other agents always include. Once they have your cargo they have zero interest in getting it to you by any deadline. I recently used them for the last time, was quoted one price and sent an invoice for something 30% higher an 4 entire months after my cargo was first in their hands. The company admitted to making a mistake on my quote and assured me they would fix the issue several times, but they had no intention of doing so. They simply held my cargo hostage until I was forced to pay or start paying late fees. Every person I dealt with in the company knew they were responsible for the error, admitted to it in writing, but decided it was worth passing on the penalty to a small business instead of incurring the financial burden themselves. Beware these people genuinely do not care about you or your business.

I am helping this company to manager their warehouse and they had their second shipment recently. I am still new to all these and the first shipment was a harsel. So the company used global logistical connection for the second shipment and my experience was great! Best customer service! Marc Lim basically hold my hands (through phone calls and emails) to walk me through every steps! He even provide me with status updates without having me asking!! They keep their promise, calling me 30 minutes before delivery so that I can be prepared (small company who doesn't have someone at the warehouse 247). What's more? Their drivers are so nice offering all the help they can! Very professional and excellent customer service!!

GLC is an excellent forwarding company! My rep Sean Kidder is amazing! He is so informative and makes it a point to keep us up to date on what is going on in the shipping world (even if it isn't what we would like to hear!). We are able to be more effective as a result of the information that he provides and we greatly appreciate him for that.
If you are looking for a forwarder that communicates well and keeps you up to date on what is happening with your shipments, you definitely want to give GLC a try!

Two words- Matt Doughty! You have found someone who truly is in your corner, while being a perfect representative of his company. He is nice to a fault- solicitous, accommodating, going out of his way to help. He possesses the all too rare quality- capacity to think out of the box.
The dealings very smooth and transparent, he got me a very fair price and my shipment is on water. He even put me in touch with a reputable Customs Broker at my ,quite secondary, destination!
