guy at guard shack doesn’t know shit about trucking just saw my bol there was cosignee’s adress on it and then he said it’s not our load i had to contact broker he talked to receiver and then after wasting 2 hours gave me dock with same info i provided we drive for days for their loads they don’t even wanna talk to anyone to know if it’s for them or not guys working at docks are fast but they gotta change their guard seems like he’s unhappy with life ruines every driver’s day

1st I've been here multiple times. Never ever had anyone was rude to me. Everyone is nice and works fast. If anything these guys deserve raise but not being called rude. I believe some of drivers use geo location on Google to post reviews so it could be neighbouring customer that they have issues with. From Javier to others just want say thanks and keep up the good work. see you soon

People here are nice and yes back in from the street if you have a 53 is best... Otherwise it's a very tight turnaround inside.

Had a good experience getting unloaded here. Nice people clean facility. Only giving it 3 stars because they charged me a $150 late fee. If you are passed their 30 minute grace period. Then would not assign me a door until it had been paid. They can take cash or card but if you have to use card you have to leave the facility find somewhere to park on the street and then once they receive payment they will call you with a door. Really big pain in the a**.

Got in got out super quick... I did not have to back in off the street was able to turn my 53' around however it is tight in there take your time parked on the right, right after bus stop on central Ave checked in early got a door no problem the staff from guard to warehouse awesome ppl. I got them to smile.

It's kind if limited on forward space for backing, I had to pull out my pigtail to prevent trailer damage when flipping a u turn for my setup jacknifing. The staff was super helpful and they unloaded me immediately.
