I want to share a terrible experience I had with this company to warn others.
The driver was scheduled to pick us up and had all the necessary flight information. We even texted him before our departure since our flight was early. He confirmed that he received the message—we have proof.
When we arrived at LAX, he first claimed he was 20 minutes away, then said 30 minutes, only to later say he had to stop for an emergency to deliver a package.
This company is completely unreliable, and the driver was dishonest.
Please be cautious and avoid using this terrible company!
The company owner who responds is lying! The occurrence was two months ago exactly as described by us. He was not 15 minutes from the airport - a complete lie. We were definitely angry at his behavior since we informed him 11 hours before landing about the introduction and he answered the message. We did not speak to him in a blatant or insulting manner and certainly not in a rude or fateful manner.
Lies will not save you from failure and not taking responsibility for it. Including $30 that was prepaid to him for the return trip and not refunded to us.
