Too many trailers; they're crammed in as tight as they can be.
It's a dirt lot, so crawling under trailers to crank landing gear is extra unpleasant.
Be nice to the workers! As much as the facility is rough, they're quite nice. They have signs up all over the guard shack saying "if you yell at the guards, you'll be kicked out." Please don't yell at the guards. It just makes everyone's day worse, and it's not the minion class worker's fault. (Though I wouldn't mind being kicked out. I don't wanna deal with that trailer lot. lol)

Back into the door at 1845. The shipping office said it would be about an hour. 2 hours later, I looked in the door, and the fork lift drivers are playing games on their phones. Lazy people!!

Very tight docking for trucks,
Update 05/13/22..The yardjockys are very unhelpful and rude, They will damage your equipment in The drop yard. Its so tight will not be able to get to the crank handle.

Delivery of roll stock w 53' dry van. Typical GP, not very speedy. Staff is friendly. Truck entrance is on Newlon Rd about 300' west of Midland Blvd. Check out pics w check in procedures & where to place glad hand lock key.

Not a good place to deliver old railroad tracks in the middle of roadway. Screws coming from track. Appointment was for 13:30 didn't get in dock until 2hrs later. Good luck

45 minutes just to get through security to check in and that was with three trucks

This place is a dirt lot where they are notorious for parking the trailer so close together that most of them were touching and half the time the yard driver doesn’t want to come help you. There’s no white to be able to see what you’re doing at night at their offsite location. They finally put lights up at the plant but that has been recent.

Quick to dock door 3e, unloading quick. However, be aware that door 3e malfunctions and may not unlock when they finish to give the green light. If you've been waiting for a while, go ask shipper if the door is working
