7-28-19 I would like the OWNER of Georgia’s Best Block to contact me !!!!!
I am a contractor who is building a 150 foot long wall by 6 feet tall and I bought over $6000 worth of VERSA-LOK blocks from Georgia’s Best Block. I did my research and chose VERSA-LOK based on their lock pin system. The product so far has meet my expectations. I paid for my whole order up front and I have only received half. They said they had a pin break on the production line. I think that’s BS. What manufacture does not have inventory stock on the yard to keep up With supply and demand.
My 1 star is based on being lied to about their inventory stock and the lack of communication from the Rep. Josh Stewart . He had no problem taking my order and taking my money in full and making his sales commission. Being in construction for 35 years I have learned when Im being lied to. He B.S me multiple times telling me he had my order on the way, that he would come to the job site (3 times) and bring us product and tools that was needed and never texted, call or showed up. He avoided my calls and my text asking what was going on. When he finally did “text me” no phone call (literally 2 minutes after I called the office and told them I was calling corporate) he made up some story about being in a meeting all day and he could not get a phone signal in the building. I have a project that was started with VERSA-LOK and I can’t get the materials to finished what I already paid for. I called the office and have gotten nothing but a run around about the rest of my order I paid for and still needing. Georgia Best Block needs to get rid of Josh Stewart and hire a Competent person who represents their company with the quality they say they offer their customers. I will be calling corporate headquarters to let them know how Georgia Best Block is representing VERSA-LOK. This was my 1st order with Georgia’s Best Block. I am also getting ready for a large project we are doing later, not to mention the multiple jobs we do all the time.
And FYI I tried calling Josh Stewart, not texting, and it always went to voicemail. My last text from him he made up another excuse why he did not come out to our job site, for the 4th time. He told me Monday he would give me a number for another Rep when I told him I was tired of his BS. And my order is still not delivered.
Georgia’s Best Block? I don’t think so!
