Here’s the sign posted on the door. Obviously by the DEI hire that is too childish to realize that the truck drivers are the only reason they have a job.
By the way…. They haven’t even unlocked the doors at 7:00 AM.
I think the children are INSIDE the door.

Last comment said easy in and easy out, must have been talking about entering and leaving the shipper. This place is an absolute joke. 10 am appointment, arrived at 930 and assigned a door. The girl at the window is the only bright part about this place. Picking up on Sunday and have been docked for 6 hours and not even loaded yet. Not one pallet. Make sure you have your cab card tag info for both the truck and trailer and your dot number and mc number when you check in.

Even worse is the fact that there wasn't any other trucks. They're just loading dropped Trailers even though I'm here for a appt load.

The check in process went smooth. It’s not a very busy place. Make sure to bring your ID, license plate number of truck and trailer. The lady at the front was super nice. With a smile on her face she said it’ll be 3-5 hours of wait. At least they tell you upfront instead of you guessing and waiting when it’ll be loaded. And they weren’t lying about the 3-5 hour wait time. I gave them a 3 star instead of 1 because they were upfront about the wait time. Not sure why it takes that long but it does! Stay safe drivers.

I arrived early 4 am for my pickup window 7 am to 1400. Angela at the receiver office was very nice and professional. She checked me in and told me that I could drop my empty trailer, but my load was not quite finished. She told me that I could shut down on-site by the water tank. I did that and picked up my loaded trailer that afternoon for my 2000 pm delivery at Food Lion Greenville SC. Very smooth operation. Stay Safe Drivers!

Door 134 2/14/22. 9am appointment to unload. Arrived 8:30 and in the door before 9. They are done unloading, pulled the dock plate and left and went to lunch. Racing thru the parking lot to got eat I suppose. I’m really irritated and frustrated with the lack of respect for others time.

If you coming here for a live load or unload think twice about it cause this place takes forever to get you loaded and unloaded

All I can say is listen to the bad reviews. 11am appointment still here at 4pm not loaded. There is a simple explanation for the driver delays. The facility management does not prioritize small carrier concerns. Maybe they believe drivers are being compensated well enough for the wait or simply they could care less. If smaller carriers pay attention to slow facilities, they would realize large carriers rarely deliver live loads. Larger carriers have very high detention rates, and because of this they typically only drop trailers for slow facilities. When I knowingly go to a slow facility I always make sure to charge enough for any excessive wait times. But, I still get frustrated dealing with the incompetence and disregard of these facilities. Time is money, so make sure wherever you go they pay you well.
