This store is pennies different from the large store 6 miles away. Some of it is much cheaper! And they have more than you think and are always helpful.

This is a 10 Star store. The manager and staff assisted me 100 %. I am a handicapped / vision impaired person. They provided transportation to and from the store for this old blind guy. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The young lady helping me was knowledgeable and escorted me throughout my visit. It was so wonderful to experience so much courtesy and positive attitude. I went to the Ace Hardware in Gentry,Arkansas to exchange 2 Craftsman tools that were wore out. The store manager refused the exchange. He he would have to order the tools that look the tools I brought in. The manager FAILED to realize that the warehouse doesn't carry that style anymore. The tools I had were older than him. The tool design has changed over the years. He also FAILED to recognize that the tools have a lifetime warranty. So I went to Lowes. They did the exchange no questions asked. If Ace Hardware would have taken the time to listen to me. Then I wouldn't be writing this bad review. I've always good service there. But not today....

not a good experience. me and my boyfriend were walking around with my family and a man told my boyfriend he couldn’t walk around the store without buying something then followed him around the store until we reached my family. everyone else were so nice and asking if we needed help and etc.
