So far, their web system is poorly run. I don't know if this is too new of a company. I have sent messages regarding their autopay set up not working with no return email. Then, when you try and log on to their system to pay, which doesn't work as well. Their system bounces around and doesn't recognize email addresses or passwords. Then I get fed up and walk away from it. Then to get a $20 late fee (because I had other things to do!) their system again, does not work.... which I'm still waiting for my response from the company. Maybe they do not check their emails.

Researched local storage facilities that had climate control but were also reasonably priced. Gatekeeper had a 50% off two months special which was a perfect time frame for me...plus proximity to our new home was perfect. Upon out of state arrival, it was easy to make contact with them so they could unlock our unit. Next time we stopped by, after our lock was on and it was paid up for two months, they had locked our unit down again. Not super happy and they had no explanation. Just hoping our stuff stays safe and accessible for the next 6 weeks!

I have tried to contact by phone and email several times over the past months to find a spot for my small rv. However, nobody ever responded to either way of communication. Disappointed, as several of my neighbors had recommended this place to me.

Gatekeeper self storage has been the best storage unit experience I have ever had. As a small business owner finding a place to use for storage is so important! It needs to be safe, easily accessible, and in the case of our business, be climate controlled. Gatekeeper is all of this and more. It is a super convenient location for us and for only a few dollars more a month we have 24 hr access! The staff is excellent and always super helpful when I need anything from them. I truly feel like they care about providing the highest quality experience for self storage out there! Extremely happy to be a client of theirs and exchange have some great support for my business through their services!

Our experience with Gatekeeper Storage has been great. The facility is clean, the access has met all of our needs for early morning and evening access. I feel safe going there by myself. The people who work there have been very helpful - both before we started renting and every time we have had questions since renting. I strongly recommend this facility.

My experience has been better than good. It has been great! I lost my job back in August due to covid and so I fell behind in payments. Both Pamela and Candace worked with me as well as the owner.
