This company utilizes a dark pattern of repeatedly mailing out promotional mail in security mailers that fool you into thinking it's critical that you open it. Every time I receive it, it makes me worry that if I throw it away, it will have been something important. But 3 times now in the past month, I have received this "trick" mail and been fooled into opening up what is just regular junk mail. This marketing behavior is shady and dishonest, and should be stopped immediately.

I always have great experience with Infinite Energy. Recent I made a mistake when renewing my contract, turns out I have to pay $56 extra each month. I called the customer service, and the gentleman did a fantastic job helping me out. He evaluated my usage and tried his best to figure out the plan for me. In the end they waived my early termination fee, provided me a much better plan, plus the great promotion. Thank you Infinite Energy. Looking forward to having business with you in the future.

Absolutely Outstanding customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The representative was very polite, knowledgeable, and ready to assist. She addressed me by my name, with the perfect tone of voice. She asked at the end if there was anything else she could assist me with. She answered all my questions with patience, and I'm very much satisfied. I have used Infinite Energy for about a year. I haven't had any problems, and any correspondence with them has been great! My current contract is expiring soon, so I called today to shop for new rates. I spoke with Cameron, who was very helpful, and went over the available. The rates are competitive, and I will be receiving a Nest thermostat with my renewal. My experience has been great so far

My representative was so awesome and understanding she gave me knowledge on things I had no clue as a non profit organization that would be helpful to us. She informed me of things that would also help me to save money in the long run. She was so loving and caring to the point I could have talked to her for hours.
