I'm so tired of Garland County Solid waste.The photo attached is a common occurrence. I'm disabled and just had neck surgery. So cleaning this up actually puts me in danger. They refuse to come and pick the trash up in my driveway which is a roundabout. I'm not the only house they do this too. And I'll start taking picks and sending it to all in county government and updating this review with their work, that we in the country are forced to pay for and is overpriced. I could dump trash in my yard for free.

Employees are RUDE! And they of course do not care about how they treat their customers because they have a monopoly on the industry of hot springs. They are also crooks! They will continue to run up your bill after you have disconnected services and charge you AND the new renter the same bill! Absolute crooks

On 1/20/2020 the driver ran into the retaining wall around my driveway even though the trash can was not close to it Marks on the ground indicate the trash location. The whole wall section was knocked completely off and it is way too heavy for me to put back in place. Calls to the office are met with a recording but no way to leave a message. I have pictures to back up the situation. I will continue to try to make contact.

The city garbage men broke my city paid for trashcan, and will not replace it. At least that is what the customer service lady Shannon said when she answered the phone. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and they are always conveniently out of the office.

I never once received a bill and my trash was still picked up. When I went to get my tags on my car I found out I owed 381 for trash pick up. This is not right there was no phone call or anything alerting me that I owed anything

4:30 every weekday morning my alarm clock was the street sweepers. Used to be a 747 flying by!
Now I’m oversleeping, due to?(improvements?)
