I wished I had read their review before I shipped with them. I wish I could give them less than one star. They were suppose to ship my barrels and other household pieces in March, prior to me leaving the States. However, it is now May and I have yet to receive my items. Each conversation I have with the owner, he would tell me I should receive my items within two weeks. The owner would tell me after the two weeks lapse, that I should receive the shipment another two weeks. When I contact the broker in Jamaica, I would be informed that the items were not shipped. I am thinking about involving law enforcement on these scammers!!! PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

G&S is the worst shipping agency in Queens NY. Take my advise please do not ship with this company they are scam artist. I shipped with them the first week of March and I still did not received my barrels. The owner and employees are very rude and disrespectful. The agent that they use in Jamaica Jaminco is also a thief I was charge late fee when in fact my barrels sat on the wharf due to the shipping company G & S paper work was not accurate therefore I was penalized for there neglect. I am warning everyone please do not ship with this company. This is the worst mistake I made. I wished I had read their reviews before I shipped with them. My next step is reporting them to better business bureau.

Do not use this company. They picked up my barrel from September 26,2022 and has not reached Jamaica yet. December 2,2022. No one answers the phone both in Jamaica and NY. Sender beware.

Shipped a stove with them to Trinidad my worst fair is exactly what happened the entire glass on the door was broken the grills were broken and dents on the side. Exactly how they picked up the stove with a little plastic wrapping was exactly how they shipped it besides putting it in a cardboard box NOTHING TO PROTECT THE GLASS OR ANYTHING THERE OF NO FRAGILE MARKINGS IN SIGHT ON THE BOX! When you try to support your own.. I know where I am NOT going next time!
