Afton was knowledgeable and very helpful. We had a great experience purchasing. Delivery was easy. After we set it all up, we found there were several awesome surprises. We thought we had just added a few armless chairs. They are dual use! They have fold downs that have lights, wireless chargers, and more cup holders. The side recliners also have USB ports. This sectional is so awesome.

Daylon was great! He was very helpful and understanding of what we wanted when looking for a new dresser. The prices there are a lot better than most places I’ve been to. We got a good deal on the dresser we bought it was like half off and the original cost of it was like $1200. I really appreciate the experience I received at furniture row.

From start to finish I can’t say anything negative. It’s a very nice store with very nice people. Upon delivery, their delivery guys were very very professional and attentive. I had noticed an issue and when Sebastian was notified he didn’t even blink. He jumped at the opportunity to make things right. No back and forth haggling. It’s not often a representative from a business will help make things right for their customer without hesitation.

Daylin was my salesman. He was wonderful answered all of my questions. Was very efficient and made me feel comfortable while in the store as I explored all of my options and what I liked best is that he wasn't pushy! He gave me time to look around and see the store. This is my first time to make a furniture purchase from Furniture Rowe, in Bryan, Texas..
After viewing beautiful furniture, I knew what I was wanting, and everything was taken care of so very easily over the phone.
The associate Afton was very helpful and made it even easier if that’s possible. Everything goes as planned. My new piece of furniture should arrive next Wednesday, which is a very acceptable timeframe and I can’t wait till it does arrive and I know 100% I’ll be able to leave a beautiful review about The furniture piece I chose, and the help I received with ease
